Elli Finance, Elli Investments confirm talks on Four Seasons funding

Pittsburgh, Feb. 7 – Elli Finance (UK) plc and Elli Investments Ltd. confirmed in a Wednesday news release that they are in discussions regarding the provision of new funding to their subsidiaries, the Four Seasons Health Care group, and the timetable for negotiating a restructuring under a Dec. 14 standstill agreement has been extended.

While they are “hopeful that they will be able to give further details shortly,” the Elli entities said there is no guarantee that the discussions will be successful.

Four Seasons is a Wilmslow, England-based care home operator.
