Fitch rates Kite Realty notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it rated Kite Realty Group LP’s planned senior unsecured notes BBB.

The rating is aligned with those of Kite’s outstanding senior unsecured loans and notes.

The proceeds will be used to repay its $120 million unsecured term loan, redeem $150 million of its series B 4.58% senior notes due 2024, and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
