Yosemite Community College defeases $110 million of series 2008C G.O.s

Columbus, Ohio Aug. 26 – Yosemite Community College District of Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Calaveras, San Joaquin, Santa Clara and Merced counties, Calif., defeased $110 million of its election of 2004 5% general obligation bonds, series 2008C, according to a notice.

The $36,875,000 of bonds due Aug. 1, 2028 and $73,125,000 of bonds due Aug. 1, 2032 will be redeemed Aug. 1, 2018 at par plus accrued interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the escrow agent.
