California Water Resources readies $109.39 million water system bonds

New York, Aug. 20 – The California Water Resources Authority is set to price $109.39 million of series AU water system revenue index floating-rate bonds for the Central Valley project, according to a preliminary official statement. Pricing is expected on Tuesday.

The bonds (Aa1/AAA) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.

The maturity date has not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund all of the authority’s series 1 water revenue commercial paper notes.
