Hewlett Packard Enterprise intends to sell senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 11 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. plans to price a Rule 144A dollar-denominated offering of senior notes (Baa2), according to a press release.

The Palo Alto, Calif., technology company intends to use the proceeds to repay $750 million of its 2.45% notes due 2017, to repay $350 million of its floating-rate notes due 2017 and for general corporate purposes.
