Fitch rates Hewlett Packard notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it rated Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.’s senior notes BBB+.

The agency last reviewed the issuer’s ratings on Oct. 28 and took no action.

The company is expected to use the proceeds and available cash to repay upcoming maturities and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
