Hewlett Packard will redeem all 4.4% notes due 2022 at par
Chicago, July 15 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. announced that it will redeem all $1.35 billion of its 4.4% notes due 2022 (Cusips: 42824CAN9, 42824CAL3) at par, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The redemption date is Aug. 15.
Interest will be paid to the redemption date.
Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, as trustee, is distributing notices of redemption to all registered holders of the notes.
The technology company is based in Houston.
