Hewlett Packard plans two-part fixed-rate notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. intends to offer fixed-rate notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's $3 billion of 3.6% senior notes due 2020.

The technology company is based in Palo Alto, Calif.
