New Issue: Argentina's BBVA Banco Frances sells ARS 148.9 million series 2 notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 12 - BBVA Banco Frances SA sold ARS 148.9 million of 18-month class 2 variable-rate notes at par under its $500 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The interest margin will be 2.44%. The release did not specify the rate.

BBVA Banco Frances is a Buenos Aires-based bank.
