Roseville, Calif., defeases 2005 Westpark Community special tax bonds

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 12 – The City of Roseville, Calif., defeased its series 2005 special tax bonds issued for the Westpark Community Facilities District No. 1, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par on Sept. 1:

• $1 million of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $655,000 of 4.625% bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $985,000 of 5.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $1,105,000 of 5.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $1.23 million of 5.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $1,365,000 of 5% bonds due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $9.12 million of 5.25% bonds due Sept. 1, 2025;

• $13.9 million of 5.15% bonds due Sept. 1, 2030; and

• $25,255,000 of 5.2% bonds due Sept. 1, 2036.
