Fitch gives HP notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to HP Inc.’s announced senior unsecured note issuance.

HP will use the proceeds to fund its concurrently announced tender. If the proceeds exceed the tender, HP will use the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of other debt, working capital and general liquidity purposes.

The outlook is negative.
