New Issue: LafargeHolcim prices €850 million long 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 77 bps

New York, Nov. 18 – Holcim Finance (Luxembourg) SA priced €850 million of 0.5% sustainability-linked long 10-year bonds (Baa2/BBB) at 99.435 to yield 0.556%, or a spread of 77 basis points over mid-swaps, according to a market source.
The issuer is a subsidiary of LafargeHolcim Ltd.
Joint bookrunner ING will bill and deliver. Societe Generale CIB, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Santander, BBVA, Credit Agricole and Unicredit are also bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds are for general corporate purposes.
LafargeHolcim is a Jona, Switzerland-based building materials company.
