Credit Suisse plans autocallable yield notes on three pharma stocks

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 12.5% autocallable yield notes due Sept. 6, 2017 linked to the shares of Biogen Inc., Mylan NV and Celgene Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly observation date beginning Dec. 1.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will receive a number of shares of the least performing stock equal to $1,000 divided by the initial price of that stock.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Aug. 31.

The Cusip number is 22549JBN9.
