China's BBMG looks to offer up to RMB 7.6 billion of short-term bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 28 - BBMG Corp. plans to issue up to RMB 7.6 billion of short-term debentures to institutional investors in China's interbank market, according to a company announcement.

The debentures will have a maturity of one year or less.

Proceeds will be used to supplement the company's working capital.

The debentures are subject to shareholders' approval at a general meeting to be held on Oct. 26.

BBMG is a building materials manufacturer in Beijing.
