China's BBMG to offer up to RMB 2.6 billion of short-term bonds, MTNs

Madison, Wis., March 31 - BBMG Corp. announced it plans to issue up to RMB 2.6 billion of debentures in the form of short-term financing bonds or medium-term notes.

The short-term bonds will have a tenor of one year or less, and the medium-term notes will mature in seven years or less.

The debentures will be offered in one or multiple tranches to investors in China.

Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital and to satisfy the company's other capital needs.

The proposed issue is subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting on May 24.

BBMG is a cement producer and property developer based in Beijing.
