S&P upgrades MyState Bank to BBB+

S&P said it raised its long-term issuer credit rating on MyState Bank Ltd. to BBB+ from BBB.

The outlook is negative.

S&P said the upgrade reflects the bank’s continuing evolution of its risk management practices in recent years that have resulted in an improved risk profile for the bank, and consequently the group credit profile of the broader MyState Ltd. group was raised to bbb+ from bbb.
