Bahrain's BBK five-year dollar notes talked mid-swaps plus 337.5 bps

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Oct. 21 - Bahrain's BBK set price talk for its planned benchmark-sized issue of dollar-denominated notes due 2015 at mid-swaps plus 337.5 basis points, a market source said.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are the bookrunners for the deal, which could price as soon as the Oct. 18 week.

This follows the company's May roadshow for a notes offering.

BBK is a retail lender that is part-owned by the government of Bahrain.
