Imperial Plantation settles $1 million private placement of its stock

Investor Great Mission buys 1 billion common shares at $0.001 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., July 28 – Imperial Plantation Corp. raised $1 million in a private placement of stock with Great Mission Inc. on July 24, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 1 billion common shares at $0.001 per share, a 99.67% discount to the July 23 closing share price of $0.30.

The Tempe, Ariz.-based company wholesales lumber and other construction materials.
