New Issue: Thailand’s LPN Development sells 200 million baht 3.65% bonds due 2019

Morgantown, W.Va., March 28 – LPN Development PCL issued 200 million baht of three-year debentures on Monday, according to a notice.

The debentures are priced at par with a coupon of 3.65%.

Asia Plus Securities PCL is the distributor.

Shareholders had approved the proposed issuance of up to 2 billion baht of debentures in April 2010. The company has since issued three tranches totaling 1.06 billion baht, leaving a balance of 940 million baht.

LPN is a condominium developer based in Bangkok.
