New Issue: Thailand’s LPN Development sells 250 million baht 4.1% bonds due 2018

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 25 – LPN Development PCL issued 250 million baht of three-year debentures on Friday, according to a notice.

The debentures are priced at par with a coupon of 4.1%.

PJK Capital Co., Ltd. is the distributor.

Shareholders had approved the proposed issuance of up to 2 billion baht of debentures in April 2010. The company issued a first tranche totaling 600 million baht in July.

LPN is a condominium developer based in Bangkok.
