New Issue: Thailand’s LPN Development sells 600 million baht 4% bonds due 2017

Madison, Wis., July 23 – LPN Development PCL issued 600 million baht of two-year debentures on Thursday, according to a notice.

The debentures are priced at par with a coupon of 4%.

Proceeds will be used to develop present and future mega projects.

Asia Plus Securities PCL is the distributor.

The company previously proposed to issue up to 2 billion baht of debentures. Shareholders approved the proposed debentures in April 2010.

LPN is a condominium developer based in Bangkok.
