Kingdom of Denmark holds global calls for two-year dollar notes

Chicago, Nov. 7 – The Kingdom of Denmark is in the dollar bond market with an offering of two-year notes, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering is the subject of global investor calls and meetings.

Indications of interest are noted in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 12 basis points area. The maturity date will be Nov. 14, 2025.

Danske Bank, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and SEB are working as bookrunners.
