Denmark talks dollar two-year notes at mid-swaps plus 5 bps area; pricing expected Tuesday

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 19 – The Kingdom of Denmark (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price new dollar-denominated notes due Oct. 27, 2022 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 5 basis points area.

Danske Markets Inc., HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Nomura International plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken are the bookrunners.
