AD Capital plans private placement for up to C$6.4 million

Atlanta, Feb. 9 - AD Capital US Inc. said it plans to raise up to C$6.4 million in a private placement.

The details of the offering had not been finalized Wednesday, according to a market source familiar with the deal.

IBK Capital Corp. is the placement agent in the deal.

Based in Burnaby, B.C., AD Capital is a vehicle emissions-reduction technology company.
