Former Frederick’s of Hollywood gets OK to extend exclusive periods

Bethlehem, Pa., Sept. 3 – Old FOH, Inc., formerly Frederick's of Hollywood, Inc., received court approval to extend its exclusive periods for filing a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization and soliciting votes on the plan, according to an order issued Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company's exclusive filing period was extended through Dec. 15 from Aug. 17 and its solicitation period extended through Feb. 15 from Oct. 16.

As previously reported, the company requested an extension to enable it to negotiate, finalize, file and obtain confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan.

Old FOH is a Los Angeles-based retailer of women’s intimate apparel and related products that filed for bankruptcy on April 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-10836.
