S&P affirms Solaben bonds at BBB

S&P said it affirmed its BBB long-term issue credit rating on the senior secured bonds issued by Solaben Luxembourg SA.

The outlook is stable.

“The affirmation follows our review of the recent performance of Solaben 1 and Solaben 6, the assets underpinning the transaction, and reflects that operational performance is in line with our expectations,” the agency said in a news release.

S&P said the BBB rating on the bonds is commensurate with the agency’s view of the project's operations phase stand-alone credit profile.
