Fitch rates Kraft Heinz notes BBB
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Kraft Heinz Foods Co.'s new five-year €550 million of senior unsecured notes.
The rating is in line with those on Kraft Heinz’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of the €550 million notes due in May.
The outlook is stable.
