Fitch gives BBB to Kraft Heinz notes
Fitch Ratings said it gave a BBB rating to Kraft Heinz Foods Co.’s planned €600 million of senior unsecured notes due 2025.
The agency last reviewed the company’s BBB ratings on April 18 and took no action.
The company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
