WestRock to redeem $600 million of notes due 2019, 2020 on June 3

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – WestRock Co. called the 7.375% senior notes due 2019 issued by WestRock MWV, LLC and the 3.5% senior notes due 2020 issued by WestRock RKT, LLC for redemption, according to a news release.

The $250 million of 2019 notes and the $350 million of 2020 notes will be redeemed on June 3.

WestRock is an Atlanta-based paper and packaging manufacturer.
