WestRock to use credit facilities to fund Multi Packaging acquisition

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 24 – WestRock Co. will use its existing credit facilities to finance its acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions International Ltd., according to a press release.

The company will also use cash on hand to finance the transaction.

WestRock said it expects to refinance existing Multi Packaging Solutions debt assumed as part of the transaction upon closing.

WestRock is a packaging company based in Norcross, Ga.
