New Issue: Russia’s Lenta prices RUB 5 billion 12.4% 10-year series BO-06 bonds

Chicago, Sept. 9 – Lenta said it priced its offering of RUB 5 billion 10-year series BO-06 bonds with a coupon of 12.4%.

The offer was announced Sept. 1.

Order books opened and closed Sept. 8, as expected.

As previously announced, the bonds will have a 36-month put option from placement and a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.

VTB Bank and AO Raiffeisenbank will be the arrangers.

Proceeds will provide Lenta with additional financial flexibility to accelerate its store opening program in 2016 and beyond.

Lenta is a retail company based in St. Petersburg.
