Moody's: Bayer view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Prime-2 (P-2) commercial paper rating and the A3 senior unsecured issuer and debt ratings of Bayer AG and its subsidiaries, as well as the Baa3 subordinated debt rating of Bayer AG.

Moody's changed the outlook on all ratings to positive from stable.

The positive outlook on the ratings is assigned with the expectation of a further improvement in earnings anticipated in the next 12-18 months, the agency said.
