Ezrani 2 Chapter 7 estate fully administered; bankruptcy case closed

Pittsburgh, Aug. 23 – Ezrani 2 Corp.’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case was closed on Thursday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Thursday’s order said the company’s Chapter 7 estate has been fully administered.

The Chapter 7 trustee has been discharged.

Ezrani 2 is a New York-based children’s wear retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on June 19, 2015 under Chapter 7 case number 15-11318.
