Moody's: CareFusion unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said there is no immediate impact to CareFusion Corp.'s Baa3 rating or stable outlook stemming from the FDA's April 23 announcement that it was going implement new initiatives to address safety problems with external infusion pumps and Baxter International Inc.'s (A3, stable) May 3 announcement that the FDA has mandated that the company recall roughly 200,000 Colleague infusion pumps.
