India’s APL Apollo board to consider issuing redeemable debentures

Olympia, Wash., July 3 – APL Apollo Tubes Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the finance committee of its board of directors will meet on Friday to consider and approve an allotment of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The debt would be issued on a private placement basis and would be listed on the debt market segment of BSE Ltd., according to a notice.

The manufacturer and exporter of steel pipes and tubes is based in New Delhi.
