Race Point IV CLO plans to redeem six classes of joint-issue notes

Norfolk, Va., June 15 – Race Point IV CLO, Ltd./Race Point IV CLO, Corp. called six series of its notes, according to a notice.

The following notes, with amounts that reflect the total amount of par and accrued interest, will be redeemed on Aug 3:

• $133,968,929.11 of class A-1-A notes;

• $72,613,233.12 of class A-1-B notes;

• $28,493,187.01 of class A-2 notes;

• $22,038,955.95 of class B notes;

• $33,088,592.26 of class C notes; and

• $40,137,345.26 of class D notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
