Kistefos to host investor meetings for new five-year floaters

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Kistefos AS hired ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities and DNB Markets as bookrunners for an upcoming new issue of five-year senior floating-rate notes, according to a news release.

Investor meetings started on Monday.

Contingent on the new issue, the company will buy back its outstanding bonds with the ticker “KIST07 PRO” (ISIN: NO0010892136).

Kistefos is a private investment company based in Oslo.
