Euro Pacific sells 5 million units of one share, a half-share warrant

Knoxville, Tenn., June 9 – Aurora Solar Technologies Inc. announced it will raise C$1.5 million in a private placement of units. Euro Pacific Canada Inc. is the agent.
The company will sell 5 million units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.30 per unit.
Each whole, three-year warrant will be exercisable at C$0.45, a 32.36% premium to the June 8 closing share price of C$0.34.
The North Vancouver, B.C., company produces measurement and control systems for the photovoltaic manufacturing industry.
