Oaktree High Yield Bond Fund adds co-portfolio manager David Rosenberg

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 8 – Oaktree Funds announced that David Rosenberg became a co-portfolio manager of the Oaktree High Yield Bond Fund, effective May 1, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rosenberg joins existing portfolio managers Sheldon Stone and Shannon Ward in managing the fund.

The fund seeks to provide current income and capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in bonds that are rated below investment grade at the time of investment.

Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management, LP is the investment adviser to the fund.
