Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 17 – Embraer SA announced that subsidiaries Embraer Aircraft Holding Inc. and Embraer Netherlands Finance BV obtained a $650 million linked revolving credit line maturing Oct. 13, 2025, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, 14 international financial institutions are participating in the facility, which is guaranteed by the company and certain other subsidiaries. Further details, such as the administrative agent, were not disclosed in the filing.

The revolver features a conditional $20 million accordion that must be exercised within 90 days of closing as well as sustainability-linked features that may be included if the revolver is amended within the next 12 months.

Borrowings will bear interest at SOFR plus a margin of 150 basis points or 185 bps, depending on the company’s corporate rating.

Proceeds may be used for general corporate purposes. At closing, the facility was undrawn.
