Cirque du Soleil to launch $65 million add-on term loan on Wednesday

New York, June 12 – Cirque du Soleil Canada Inc. will hold a lender call at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a fungible $65 million add-on first-lien term loan due July 2022, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets is the left lead bookrunner on the deal and the administrative agent.

The add-on term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.

Including the add-on, the first-lien term loan will total $690 million.

Cirque du Soleil is a Montreal-based producer of live artistic entertainment.
