Moody's assigns B3 to StandardAero loan

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B3 rating to Dynasty Acquisition Co., Inc.’s (StandardAero) new senior secured credit facility, comprised of a $150 million revolver and a $2.6 billion term loan.

All other ratings, including the B3 corporate family rating and the B3-PD probability of default rating, are unchanged. The outlook is stable.

Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing term loan debt.

S&P said it views the transaction as leverage neutral.
