New Issue: JPMorgan sells $975,000 capped buffered equity notes tied to EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $975,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Jan. 27, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 20%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
