New Issue: Barclays sells $1.01 million notes due 2023 linked to two ETFs

Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.01 million of 0% notes due May 31, 2023 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.02 times any gain of the lesser performing ETF.
Investors will receive par if the lesser performing index declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
