New Issue: Citigroup sells $1 million buffered digital plus notes on EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., May 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% buffered digital plus securities due Nov. 16, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final ETF level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the digital return amount of 5% and the ETF return, capped at par plus 14.75%.

If the ETF falls by more than 15%, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 15% buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
