New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $7.24 million PLUS due 2020 tied to MSCI EM fund

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.24 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the gain, up to a maximum payment at maturity of $12 per security.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as the dealer.
