New Issue: Barclays sells $667,000 notes due 2021 linked to iShares MSCI ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, March 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $667,000 of 0% notes due March 22, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.22 times any gain of the lesser performing ETF. If the lesser performing asset falls by up to 10%, investors will have exposure to its decline. If the laggard ETF falls beyond 10%, investors will receive the minimum payment of 90% of par.
