New Issue: JPMorgan sells $576,000 capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $576,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 30%.

If the ETF return is flat, or greater than or equal to the 90% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the ETF falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
