New Issue: JPMorgan prices $71,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., June 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $71,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 16%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
