Yankees Entertainment to redeem $525 million of 12.9% notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., June 1 – Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network, LLC plans to redeem $525 million of its 12.9% senior subordinated notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be purchased at 106.45 plus accrued interest on June 30.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Yankees Entertainment, doing business as the YES Network, is a New York-based sports network.
